Your street is worth something.

Start a walk, a run or a ride. Every street you cover becomes territory you hold — until somebody covers it after you.

The same street, three separate games.

Walking, running and cycling each claim their own layer. A runner can never take a walker’s ground, so the person who beats you has to have done exactly what you did.

Close the loop and the middle is yours too.

Finish where you started and everything your route encircled is claimed, not just the streets you touched. It is the reason people take the long way round the park.

Territory is stored as hexagons about sixty-six metres across, so a claim is a street rather than a postcode, and there is never an argument about who covered what.

  • Cover it again and it holds

Re-running your own ground resets its clock and counts as a defence.

  • Leave it and it fades

Ground nobody has touched in a month goes back to neutral, so a map is never owned by somebody who stopped playing.

  • Lose it and you hear about it

When somebody takes a street off you, you get told who, and when.

Nothing you hold is safe, and that is the point.

There are no permanent claims. The map you wake up to is the one the neighbourhood earned overnight.

A game you can cheat is a game nobody wins.

Every activity is checked on our side before a single hexagon changes hands — speed against the sport you picked, the physics of the track, and the tell-tales of a faked location.

Checked, not trusted
Your phone records. Our server decides. A claim is never made by the device that would benefit from it.
Told the truth
An activity that fails a check stays in your history with the reason on it. It simply claims nothing.
Never for sale
Paying for XFitNest gets you more to look at. It has never bought a metre of ground and never will.

Nothing published yet. The first pieces will be about how territory is decided and how we check that an activity is real.
