<h2>Using FitNest</h2>
<p>FitNest is a fitness game in which real-world movement claims territory on a shared map. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum your app store requires) to use it. You are responsible for your own safety: obey traffic laws, be aware of your surroundings, and never trespass to claim territory — it is claimed from public ways.</p>

<h2>Fair play</h2>
<p>Every activity is verified server-side before it can change any territory. Spoofing your location, mislabelling your activity method, or otherwise faking movement is prohibited; activities that fail verification claim nothing, and repeated abuse can restrict or remove your account. Territory is always earned on the ground.</p>

<h2>Premium &amp; billing</h2>
<p>The full game is free forever. FitNest Premium is an optional subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Premium unlocks analytics, cosmetics, and convenience only — <strong>it never buys territory or any gameplay advantage</strong>. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you manage or cancel them through your app store, and store refund policies apply.</p>

<h2>Your content</h2>
<p>You keep ownership of your activities. You grant FitNest the permission needed to process and display them to run the game (for example, showing your territory and, subject to your privacy settings, your routes to other players).</p>

<h2>Account termination</h2>
<p>You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the fair-play rules.</p>

<h2>Changes &amp; contact</h2>
